CNC machining allows for the production of fully finished turned parts on the machine, without the need for subsequent operations such as milling, transverse drilling and other various shapes.

Since the setup times of these machines are relatively quick, they are suitable for producing turned parts with complex shapes.
Machining from cylindrical, hexagonal and square bars or specific shapes, ranging from a diameter of 3 to 60 mm and up to Ø 150 mm in billets.

Our machinery fleet consists of:

• 10 type numerical controls MARBLEdolls fixed, for machining diameters from 14 to 60 mm and up to Ø 150 mm in blanks.
• 14 type numerical controls STAR et KMXdolls mobile, for machining diameters from Ø 3 to 24 mm.

Machine capacity: from 250 pieces to 20,000 pieces per batch

• 10 Multi-spindle Cam Lathes

Multi-spindle cam- operated lathe machining allows for the production of turned parts in large and very large series, fully finished on the machine.

Machining from cylindrical, hexagonal and square bars or bars of specific shapes, ranging from a diameter of 3 to 22 mm

Our machinery fleet consists of:

• 4 Multi-Spindle Cam Type Lathes, fixed dollies, for machining diameters from 3 to 16 mm.
• 5 Multi-Spindle Cam Type GILDEMEISTER fixed headstocks, for machining diameters from 10 to 22 mm.
• 1 Multi-Spin Cam Type WICKMAN fixed headstocks, for machining diameters from 10 to 25 mm.

Machining on single-spindle cam lathes allows for the production of turned parts ranging from small to large series, simply and at a lower cost.

Machining from cylindrical, hexagonal and square bars or specific shapes, ranging from a diameter of 2 to 60 mm.
