The assembly stage allows us to offer you a turnkey solution.

We produce sub-assemblies or functions for you (such as gluing, assembly, etc.).

We have a team of professionals available to ensure these achievements.

The automated control stage allows us to guarantee a manufacturing process that is 100% compliant with your expectations, to achieve 0 PPM.

We have the following available:

• 1. Camera and digital probe control machine for inspecting machined spacers.
• 1 Table machine for internal/external control of smooth inserts and turned spacers, tapping on turned inserts, boring by mechanical probe.
• 1. Belt machine for external inspection of shafts, inserts, spacers, ball joints, tie rods, screws, studs…

The measurement equipment stage allows us to guarantee our "zero defects" policy at each stage of manufacturing; we have the most suitable equipment available and it is mastered by our employees.

We have the following available:

• Digital projectors, counterweight, roughness tester, micrometer, pads, rings, caliper, calibration carried out according to a maintenance schedule.
• 1 MCE type non-contact 3D quality control machine

The cleaning stage allows us to deliver clean parts to you, without pollution upon delivery.

We have at our disposal a German brand ROLL vacuum cleaning system using modified alcohol, subject to strict environmental standards.

This technology guarantees optimized cleaning and makes it possible to meet the most stringent specifications of the automotive, defense, aeronautical, medical industries….

This innovative process, which does not use chlorine products, is respectful of the health of our employees and the environment.

The finishing stage allows us to offer you a complete service including: 

• Surface treatments, such as electrolytic zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, copper plating, carbonizing, chrome plating, burnishing, anodic oxidation color for aluminium.
• Heat treatments, such as quenching, annealing, carbonitriding...
•  Polishing treatments, such as tribofinishing, lapping…
