The company JACQUEMOUX DÉCOLLETAGE specializes in machining turned parts on CNC lathes, traditional single-spindle cam lathes, and multi-spindle cam lathes, from medium to very large series.
This longevity is the result of continuous adaptation to the needs of our customers and the expectations of their markets.
We work with all types of metals: steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum, titanium, plastics… in bars with diameters from 3 to 65 mm and in billets up to 150 mm on CNC lathes.
To meet our customers' demands, we also provide sub-assemblies and functions from parts derived from integrated technical solutions or in association with molded (plastics, elastomers, casting...) or cut components.

Prototyping & pre-production
Prototyping and pre-series production is a true bridge between design and industrial production; it allows you to test, optimize and validate your parts before launching them into manufacturing.
Medium/Large Series Production
JACQUEMOUX DECOLLETAGE has a machine park of 65 machines, including numerically controlled, multi-spindle cam-operated machines and traditional single-spindle machines, enabling us to meet all your industrial challenges.

Our quality system, certified ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO14001:2025, is integrated into our management system.
It includes product quality, staff safety and respect for the environment.
To guarantee the quality of our production, we were among the first screw machining companies to implement a fully computerized management system.
At each stage of manufacturing, the computer network manages the technical ranges, the SPC (Centralized Production System) control ranges and the production monitoring.
Traceability is therefore total and permanent from order to delivery.
